Hemp seed oil can be used just like olive oil, grape seed oil or sunflower oil.
Read on and get inspired by how healthy oil can be part of your cooking.
You will get tips on how to use it in different recipes and what to watch out for when cooking with cannabis oil.
Beware of the temperature
When preparing food with cannabis oil or hemp seed oil, there are a few things to consider. The oil has a low cooking temperature, which means that the oil has to be cooked at low temperatures. It is therefore not suitable for a wok, roasting or the like.
Do not cook cannabis oil dishes above 70-80 celsius degrees, as cooking at higher temperatures makes the taste very bitter. Based on this knowledge, it can be said that the oil is best suited for cold dishes and side dishes, as well as cold soups or dips and dressings.
Pay attention to the fat content
Note that CBD oil tastes best when mixed with other foods that are high in fat that the cannabis oil can bind to.
Alternatively, you can use delicious alcoholic drinks that add a little taste. Try vodka, rum or cognac, for example.
